One of Ajay Kumar’s most groundbreaking achievements is the development of the Minimac Portable Particle Counter, a breakthrough in oil analysis technology. This device includes the MPC 4.0 model, featuring a precision laser sensor, and the MPC 3.0 model, equipped with an LED screen, together setting new industry benchmarks for on-site fluid monitoring. Formulated for high-performance use, these systems are extensively tested to operate under 420 bar pressure and 400 cst viscosity, making them suitable for both mineral oil and synthetic fluid (FRP) applications. What sets these models apart is their integration of state-of-the-art technologies, including Wi-Fi, SIM card support, data server connectivity, and real-time alert generation, enabling smooth and continuous monitoring and data synchronisation.

His additional feat was developing the Minimac Bottle Sampler Unit, a compact and efficient device intended to deal with both mineral and synthetic fluids using a test viscosity of 680, operating effectively between 0 to 7 bar. With this innovation under his belt, Ajay has further proven his knack for tackling real-world lubrication and fluid management challenges. Apart from his technical creative genius, Ajay also plays a crucial role as a mentor and trainer, adding to talent development and fostering a strong culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within professional circles.
